Use your favorite Flying Geese Method.
Make 36 Flying Geese
These units should measure 5 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches unfinished
These units will measure 5" x 10", when the quilt is finished
Make your first strip of Flying Geese
Sew 12 into a row
Create 3 rows
These rows will measure 5 1/2" X 60 1/2" at this stage

These Vertical Strips Measure
6 1/2" x 60 1/2"
Tip - If your Red Fabric is at least 40" wide after the
selvage edges have been removed........
1) Cut your Red Fabric 60 1/2 inches X Width of Fabrics
2) Cut six strips, 6 1/2 inches x 60 1/2 inches
3) You will re-cut two of those units to 54 1/2 inches
Layout the strips and pieced units in this way.

Fabric Yardage Green 1 Yard Gold 1 1/2 Yards Red 2 Yards (42" wide after selvages removed) Binding 1 Yard Yardage is generous, to allow for any mis cuts, you might make :>)

Layout as shown sew together using
1/4" seam allowance.
Make 36
Cut 18 Squares
5 7/8" Square
Cut into 2 triangles as shown
Cut 9 Squares
11 1/4" Square
Cut into 4 triangles as shown
Alternate Color Way
